摘　　要：调研了国内外制取甲醇的生产现状及发展趋势,介绍了国内外制甲醇的生产方法,并进行对比、分析。本设计选用天然气为原料生产甲醇,主要进行了蒸汽转换工艺及控制分析、合成工艺及控制分析、精馏工艺及控制分析,提出来设备设施选型、物料衡算和能量衡算、甲醇生产中的三废处理、甲醇生产的安全技术措施等方面的建议措施。The production status and development trend of methanol production at home and abroad were investigated,and the production methods of methanol production at home and abroad were introduced,compared and analyzed.This design selects natural gas as raw material to produce methanol,mainly carries out steam conversion process and control analysis,synthesis process and control analysis,distillation process and control analysis,and proposes proposed measures in terms of equipment and facility selection,material accounting and energy accounting,treatment of three wastes in methanol production,and safety technical measures of methanol production.
