摘　　要：近年来我国对智能网联新能源汽车技术的持续大力推进,智能化、网联化、电动化、共享化已经成为汽车行业公认的产业发展趋势和战略方向。在梳理国内外产教融合实践模式的基础上,综合采用系统论、重点论、过程论、主体论等研究方法,从战略、系统、过程、主体定位的层次分析研究建设路径,提出了区域智能网联新能源汽车产业技能人才培养孵化基地建设的功能实现。In recent years,China has continued to vigorously promote the technology of intelligent,networked,electrified and shared new energy vehicles,and intelligence,networked,electrification and sharing have become the recognized industrial development trend and strategic direction of the automotive industry.On the basis of sorting out the practical modes of integration of industry and education at home and abroad,the research methods of system theory,focus theory,process theory and subject theory are synthesized,the construction path is analyzed and studied from the levels of strategy,system,process and subject positioning,and the functional realization of the construction of regional intelligent network-linked new energy vehicle industry skill training and incubation base is proposed.
