摘　　要：从国土调查数据组织、大规模国土数据调度策略、空间索引和专题索引构建三个维度对数据存储、调度、渲染、检索和管理进行研究,并基于Android系统开发了一套国土调查移动数字管理系统。以湖北省第3次国土调查数据为例验证,实现了新型的、线上线下一体化的、支持移动办公的湖北省国土调查移动数据管理系统建设。实验证明,该系统可有效提高国土调查工作效率,并解决移动办公业务需求。In this paper, we studied data storage, scheduling, rendering, retrieval and management in three dimensions, namely, data organization of territorial survey, scheduling strategy of large-scale territory data, spatial index and thematic index construction, and developed a mobile digital management system for territorial survey based on Android system. Taking the data of the third territorial survey of Hubei Province for example, we found that a new, online and offline integrated, mobile office supporting mobile data management system construction of the third territorial survey of Hubei Province was realized. The experimental result proves that the system can effectively improve the efficiency of the territorial survey and solve the mobile office business needs.
