摘　　要：针对新冠疫情期间我国综合医院门诊部面临的问题,总结国内外医疗防疫体系在医院建筑空间规划设计方面的研究进展。基于疫情下门诊部设计需求分析,重点从门诊空间感染防控组织、高效性设计、弹性化设计、人性化设计等方面切入,结合国内外设计案例,提出防疫常态化背景下综合医院门诊部优化设计策略。以期为医患双方提供一个安全、高效、人性化的门诊诊疗环境,并使综合医院在保证正常运营的同时增强风险应对能力,建设更具韧性的智慧型医院。In view of the problems faced by the outpatient departments of large general hospitals in China during the coronavirus pandemic(COVID-19), this paper summarizes the research progress of domestic and foreign medical pandemic prevention systems in architectural space planning and design. Based on the analysis of the requirement of outpatient spaces during the pandemic, it focuses on infection prevention, efficient design, flexible design and humanity design, and through the study of domestic and foreign design cases, puts forward optimization strategies for outpatient departments in general hospitals under the background of normalized pandemic prevention. It is expected that these strategies provide a safe, efficient, and humanized outpatient diagnosis and treatment environment for doctors and patients, and promote risk response capabilities while ensuring normal operations for general hospitals in order to build a more resilient smart hospital.
