摘　　要：目的了解医院危急值报告相关医疗损害责任纠纷案件的情况,提出针对性的危急值报告制度管理策略。方法以“危急值报告”为关键词,在中国裁判文书网检索2010年1月1日-2021年12月31日与危急值报告相关的司法裁判文书,对案件中涉事医疗机构等级、损害结果情况、危急值涉及具体项目、法院判决医方有责任的原因等进行描述性统计分析。结果与危急值报告相关医疗损害责任纠纷案件主要发生在三级医院(72.5%)。案件损害结果中,死亡36例(90.0%)。心电图相关案件数最多,共计5例(12.5%)。法院判决医方有责任的原因中,危急值未处理或处理不及时占比最高(52.5%)。结论医院应重视危急值报告制度建设,合理选定危急值项目并设定界值,形成报告流程的闭环管理,有效提高危急值质量管理水平,确保患者安全。Objective To understand the medical damage liability dispute cases related to hospital critical value report and put forward targeted management strategies of critical value reporting system.Methods Using"critical value report"as the key word,judicial judgment documents related to critical value report were retrieved from China Judicial Documents website from January 1,2010 to December 31,2021,and descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the level of medical institutions involved in the case,the damage result,the specific items involved in critical value,and the reasons for the court's judgment that the medical side was liable.Results The cases of medical damage liability dispute related to critical value report mainly occurred in tertiary hospitals(72.5%).Among the cases,36(90.0%)died.Electrocardiogram(ECG)related cases were the largest,with a total of 5 cases(12.5%).The highest percentage(52.5%)of the reasons for the court's ruling that the medical providers were responsible were the late treatment of critical value or the non-treatment of critical value.Conclusion Hospitals should attach importance to the construction of critical value reporting system,rationally select critical value items and set the threshold value,form closed-loop management of reporting process,effectively improve the level of critical value quality management,so as to ensure patient safety.
