摘　　要：临床用血审核制度是确保患者用血安全的重要保障。通过案例回顾,对血液交接与信息核对不到位、输血申请单填写不规范、交叉配血未复核等临床用血问题进行了分析,并从人员、环节、技术三方面阐述了临床用血审核制度的关键因素。提出医院需加强培训,强化信息化监管,加强多学科协作等,以促进临床用血审核制度的落实,提高输血效率,确保输血安全。The review system for clinical blood use is an important guarantee for the safety of blood use.Through case review,the problems of clinical blood use such as incomplete information check before blood handover,non-standard filling in blood transfusion application form,and no review of cross-matching blood were expounded.The key factors of the review system of clinical blood use were also discussed from the aspects of personnel,links and technology.It is suggested that hospitals should strengthen training,strengthen information supervision,strengthen multidisciplinary cooperation,etc.,in order to promote the implementation of review system for clinical blood use,improve blood transfusion efficiency and ensure blood transfusion safety.
