摘　　要：目的探讨智能管理系统对麻醉精神类药品管理的促进作用,提高麻醉精神类药品管理水平。方法依托智能麻精柜和医疗物联网技术研发麻醉精神类药品智能管理系统,并通过与医院信息系统无缝对接,实现麻醉精神类药品的出入库、调拨、调剂、补药、空安瓿核销、交接班等全流程管理。结果智能管理系统实现了麻醉精神类药品的智能调配、自动核对、空安瓿核销等信息自动记录和准确溯源、台账电子化等功能,助力麻醉精神类药品“五专”管理的智能化、可视化、数字化。结论麻醉精神类药品智能管理系统运用实现了麻醉精神类药品管理的精细化、规范化、闭环化目标,提升了工作效率。Objective To explore the promotion effect of the intelligent management system on the management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs and improve the management level of narcotic and psychotropic drugs.Methods The intelligent management system of narcotic and psychotropic drugs was developed based on intelligent anesthesia cabinet and medical Internet of Things technology,and the whole process management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs was carried out through seamless connection with the hospital information system,such as the import and export of narcotic and psychotropic drugs,allocation,dispensing,supplement,empty bottle verification,and shift handover.Results The intelligent management system of narcotic and psychotropic drugs realized the functions of automatic recording,accurate tracing and electronic ledger of the information of narcotic psychotropic drugs including intelligent allocation,automatic checking,empty bottle verification,etc.,which helped the intelligent,visual and digital management of"five specialized"narcotic and psychotropic drugs.Conclusion The application of the intelligent management system for narcotic and psychotropic drugs can achieve the target of refinement,standardization and closed-loop management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs and improve the work efficiency.
