摘 要:全面、客观评价职能部门工作绩效,有利于调动员工工作积极性,提高管理效率。通过比较分析国内外绩效管理现状,提出一种以契约精神为理念的职能部门绩效管理模式,通过设立科室绩效考核指标,与科室和员工个人签订绩效任务契约书,并根据科室绩效评价结果拟定发展评估书,可为职能部门战略发展指明方向。契约式绩效管理模式具有一定可行性,但需在实践中不断探索。Comprehensive and objective evaluation of the performance of functional departments is conducive to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and improve management efficiency.By comparing and analyzing the current situation of performance management at home and abroad,this paper puts forward a performance management mode of functional departments based on the spirit of contract.By setting up performance evaluation indicators of departments,signing performance evaluation contracts with departments and individual employees,and drawing up development evaluation contracts according to the department performance evaluation results,it can point out the direction for the strategic development of functional departments.Performance management mode by contract has certain feasibility,but it needs to be explored in practice.
