摘　　要：目的构建医院中层干部队伍九宫格培养模式。方法以文献资料分析、问卷调查方式对中层干部的绩效、能力和潜力进行盘点,以半结构式访谈方式收集资料,构建中层干部九宫格培养模式。结果明确了九宫格不同区域中的中层干部数量和特征。结论基于九宫格思维模式,提出有针对性的培养策略。Objective To construct a nine-grid training mode for middle-level cadres in hospitals.Methods The performance,ability and potential of middle-level cadres were counted by means of literature analysis and questionnaire survey,and data were collected by semi-structured interviews to construct the training mode of the nine-grid of middle-level cadres.Results The number and characteristics of middle-level cadres in different regions of nine-grid were clarified.Conclusion Based on the thinking mode of nine-grid,it proposed targeted training strategies.
