摘　　要：生态文明是工业化发展的必然产物,随着我国大工业化发展的逐步完善,生态问题愈发突显。生态文明法治理论是习近平法治思想的重要组成,是马克思主义中国化的最新理论成果,是以马克思主义自然哲学观为生成机理,以现有经济发展模式所产生的人与生态环境不可调和之矛盾为论证基础,既立足本国生态环境实际境况,又兼顾到全球生态环境发展的趋势,以“生态优先论”为核心要旨,是全面依法治国内容的重要补充。习近平生态文明法治理论将为我区全面开拓内蒙古生态文明新格局及西部大开发战略提供重要的理论支撑与实践指引。Ecological civilization is the inevitable product of industrialization development.With the gradual im-provement of China's great industrialization development,ecological problems are becoming more and more promi-nent.Ecological civilization of the rule of law theory is an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,is the latest theoretical achievements of adapting Marxist theories,is the Marxist natural philosophy as the gener-ating mechanism,with the existing economic development mode of people and ecological environment irreconcilable contradiction as the basis,both based on the ecological environment,and to the trend of the global ecological environ-ment development,"ecological priority"as the core principle,is an important supplement to the content of the rule of law comprehensively.Xi Jinping's legal theory of ecological civilization will provide important theoretical support and practical guidance for our region to comprehensively explore the new pattern of ecological civilization and the develop-ment strategy of western China in Inner Mongolia.
