基于精益管理理念的三级综合医院临床护理标准体系构建研究

摘　　要：目的 构建三级综合医院临床护理标准体系,旨在为临床护理管理提供新的实践指导与参考意见。方法 基于文献研究,采用德尔菲专家函询法确定三级综合医院临床护理标准体系框架与内容。结果 通过文献研究构建三级综合医院临床护理标准体系条目池,共包含5个一级类目、22个二级类目和68个三级类目。选取来自北京、上海等10个省份的16名护理专家,完成了2轮专家函询,问卷有效率均为100%。最终形成包括5个一级类目、26个二级类目和83个三级类目的临床护理标准体系。结论 以《标准体系构建原则和要求》为指导,运用精益管理理论,采用科学的方法构建了符合新时代护理发展需求的临床护理标准体系,为临床护理质量的提升、服务水平的提高以及专业发展潜能的激发提供了系统化、规范化、科学化的理论指导。Objective To build a clinical nursing standard system in a tertiary general hospital,helping to provide new practical guidance and reference opinions for clinical nursing management. Methods The content of the clinical nursing standard system of tertiary general hospitals was determined by literature review and the Delphi experts’ consultation. Results The item pool of clinical nursing standard system in tertiary general hospitals was constructed by literature research,which included 5 first-class items,22 second-class items and 68 third-class items. Sixteen nursing experts were selected and completed two rounds of expert consultation. The effective rate of the questionnaire was 100%. Finally,a clinical nursing standard system comprising 5 first-level categories,26 secondlevel categories and 83 third-level categories was formed. Conclusion With “Standard System Construction principles and Requirements” and “lean management” as the guide, the scientific method was used to build a clinical nursing standard system, which meets the needs of nursing development in the new era and provides systematic,standardized,and scientific theoretical guidance for the improvement of clinical nursing quality and the improvement of service levels and the stimulation of professional development potentiality.
