区域学科联盟推动医疗联合体建设的探索与思考——以深圳市南山区为例

摘　　要：为推进分级诊疗和医联体建设,构建区域内整合型卫生服务体系,深圳市南山区因地制宜首创了“区域学科联盟”建设新模式。将区域内不同级别医院之间资源深度整合,充分发挥各联盟单位自身的学科优势和特色,打破医院之间学科发展壁垒,提升基层医疗机构服务能力和区域内卫生健康服务整体水平,助力分级诊疗政策落地,力促医疗机构从以疾病向以健康为中心转型发展。In order to promote the construction of hierarchical diagnosis and medical consortium,and build an integrated health service system in the region,the headquarters of Nanshan District Medical Group pioneered a new model of“regional discipline alliance”construction,which deeply integrated the resources of different levels of hospitals in the region and made full use of it.The advantages and characteristics of each alliance unit’s own disciplines broke down the development and discipline barriers between hospitals,improved the service capabilities of primary medical institutions and the overall level of health services in the region,facilitated the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policies,and promoted the development of medical institutions from disease to health-centered transformation.
