“互联网+”医疗联合体跨区域建设创新探索——以镇江市为例

摘　　要：阐述了医改试点城市镇江市医疗联合体建设工作实践,分析了江滨医疗集团所建设的“江滨—社区”“江滨—学校”“江滨—R医院”的“互联网+”医疗联合体接诊点模式——半紧密型医疗联合体和松散型医疗联合体,定义了跨区域松散型医疗联合体的概念。通过分析对比发现,半紧密型医疗联合体和松散型医疗联合体具有优质资源下沉、实现有序分级诊疗、双向转诊、方便社区居民、有效缓解核心医院就诊压力等特点,跨区域松散型医疗联合体具有依托互联网医院实现远程诊疗、专家入驻指导和定向人才培养、有针对性地对口支援偏远地区等优势特点。It focuses on the practical work of medical association construction in Zhenjiang, a pilot city of medical reform,and deeply analyzes the “Jiangbin-Community”,“Jiangbin-School” and “Jiangbin-R Hospital”built by Jiangbin Medical Group. “Internet + ” medical association receiving point model: semi-close medical association and loose medical association. The concept of cross-regional loose medical association is also defined.The analysis shows that the semi-compact and loose-knit medical association are characterized by the sinking of quality resources,orderly graded treatment,dual-referral,convenience for community residents and effective relief of pressure on core hospitals. The cross-regional loose-knit medical association has the advantages of relying on the Internet hospital to achieve remote treatment, the stationing of experts for guidance and targeted personnel training,and targeted support for remote areas.
