自动化控制在高炉上料系统中的应用

摘　　要：河钢集团唐钢公司炼铁厂,通过多年发展扩容,陆续建成1250 m^(3)高炉到3200 m^(3)高炉,并配套建设了高炉自动化控制系统。从高炉上料系统工艺流程,设备配置,主要控制方式和系统软硬件配置角度系统阐述了自动化控制在高炉上料系统中的应用,其中涉及装料程序设定,矿石,焦炭的称量,排出,以及炉顶装料设备的控制等。Through the development and expansion in these years,the iron making plant of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.of Hegang Group has successively built blast furnaces with a volume from 1250 cubic meters to 3200 cubic meters,and has built a supporting blast furnace automation control system.This paper systematically expounds the application of automatic control in the blast furnace charging system from the perspective of the process flow,equipment configuration,main control mode,and system software and hardware configuration.It involves the setting of the charging procedure,the weighing and discharging of ore and coke,and the control of the top charging equipment.
