摘　　要：生物安全作为一门新兴的交叉型学科,其人才培养体系的建立与完善还处于起步阶段。随着全球化进程加快,未来或将面临更加复杂多变的生物安全形势和未知、新发传染病防控的巨大压力,只有做好知识、技术、药物和人员的储备,才能在新风险出现时有能力快速应对。文章根据作者所在学校“卓越工程师计划”长期实践的基础上,立足国家和地区生物领域和产业人才需求,以生物工程专业改造升级为切入点,从修订交叉融合的培养方案、建立课程体系、构建创新性教学模式、探索第二课堂改革和科教融合搭建创新平台等几个方面,系统介绍了“卓越工程师计划”实施下构建面向国家生物安全需求的生物工程创新人才培养模式的具体措施。As an emerging interdisciplinary discipline,newly emerging,the establishment and improvement of its talent training system is still in its infancy.With the accelerating globalization,we are likely to face more complicated and volatile biosafety situation and the great pressure on the prevention and control of unknown and new infectious diseases,thus only by reserving the knowledge,technology,medicine and personnel can we respond quickly when new risks arise.In this thesis on the basis of the authors long-term practice on the“Program for Excellent Engineer”of the university,as well as on the talent demand in the national and regional biological field and industry,the specific measures of constructing the bioengineering innovative talent training mode under the implementation of the“Program for Excellent Engineer”is elaborated systematically from the aspects such as the revision of the cross-integration of the training program,the establishment of curriculum system,the construction of innovative teaching mode,the exploration of the second classroom reform and the integration of science and education to build an innovation platform taking the professional transformation and upgrading of bioengineering as the start point.
