摘 要:文章介绍了白油加氢装置以外购料掺炼加氢尾油原料的研究情况,经过研究发现,掺炼后的原料倾点较纯外购原料显著降低,这对控制反应温度有益。随着掺炼量的增加,反应温度逐渐升高,两者不是完全对应的线性增长关系,而是有显著增长阈值。随着掺炼比的增加,反应温度随之提高,裂解的轻组分变多,在炉出口温度相差不大的情况下,常顶气和常侧油的排量显著增加。掺炼外购料时,32#和68#工业白油的总产率较尾油原料有一定程度的降低。掺炼过程中,反应炉运行良好,其运行状况受掺炼比的影响较大,分馏炉运行状况则受进料量和循环量的影响更大些。后续将进一步优化反应温度等工艺操作条件,降低生产成本,提高效益。This paper introduces the research situation of white oil hydrogenation plant.After the study found,the dumping point of the raw material after blending is significantly reduced compared with the pure outsourcing raw material.This is beneficial for controlling the reaction temperature.With the increase of the blending amount,the reaction temperature was gradually increased.Both do not exactly correspond to the linear relationship growth,but there is a significant growth threshold.With the increase of the blending ratio,increasing of the reaction temperature.The aved light components will become more,when the temperature of the furnace outlet is not much different.The displacement of constant top gas and normal side oil has increased significantly.When mixed with outsourcing materials,the total yield of 32#and 68#industrial white oil is reduced to a certain extent compared with the raw material of tail oil.During the blending process,the reactor furnace operates well,while the operating condition of the reactor is greatly affected by the mixing ratio.The operating condition of the fractionator is more affected by the feeding quantity and the circulating quantity,process operation conditions such as the reaction temperature will be further optimized later,and further reduce production costs and improve efficiency.
