摘 要:随着技术进步和节能减排的推进,盐酸炉升级为全石墨副产蒸汽型盐酸炉,但其在运行中存在蒸汽系统腐蚀的情况。本文通过对盐酸炉蒸汽系统腐蚀原因分析,结合装置特点,提出了增加炉水pH控制,改造蒸汽系统进液工艺以脱氧及升级管道材质等方法,缓解了盐酸炉蒸汽系统的腐蚀情况,提升了装置的安全稳定性。With the updating of technology and the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction,the hydrochloric acid furnace is gradually upgraded to the hydrochloric acid graphite synthesis furnace with by-product steam. But for the hydrochloric acid graphite synthesis furnace with by-product steam,the corrosion of steam system will occur in the process of operation. In this paper,based on the research and analyzes the corrosion causes of steam system and combined with features of the device,the methods such as increasing the pH control of furnace water,reforming the liquid inlet process of steam system to deoxygenate and upgrading the pipe material were indicated,which can alleviate the corrosion of the steam system and increase the safety and stability of the device.
