摘  要:本文阐述了四川省化工地质勘查院施工的570 m、45°斜孔的技术措施,包括设备选择、孔身结构、钻进泥浆及性能参数、钻头选择、钻孔防斜、事故预防等内容。该孔施工中对膨胀性地层(泥页岩)的抑制、对钻孔弯曲度的控制以及对易垮塌的煤系地层的防塌等方面是施工的重点和难点。由于钻孔孔斜要求较高,且易垮塌,针对轻便型全液压钻机的特点,我们详细制定了钻孔防斜措施,并使用了低固相防塌泥浆。从最终施工结果来看,本孔采取的各项措施效果较为明显。This paper expounds the technical measures of 570 m,45°inclined hole drilling by Sichuan Chemical Geological Exploration Institute,including equipment selection,hole body structure,drilling mud and its technical parameters,bit selection,borehole deviation prevention,accident prevention and so on.In this hole drilling,the key and difficult points are to restrain the expansion formation(mud shale),control borehole curvature and prevent the collapse of the coal measure strata.Because Due to the high requirements for borehole deviation and easy collapse we have worked out in detail the measures to prevent borehole deviation,and low solid phase anti-collapse mud was used according to the characteristics of full hydraulic portable drilling rig.From the final drilling results,the effects of various measures taken for this hole are relatively obvious.
