摘  要:在河北省沙河市白涧铁矿勘探项目ZK26A07孔钻进过程中,在铁矿层内遇不小于9 m深的斜溶洞,钻孔全部漏失,钻杆下放至溶洞就发生钻杆弯曲变形,下放过深还发生钻杆折断,导致无法正常施工。本文分析了溶洞构造,制定了详细的施工方案,通过填充惰性材料封堵地下裂隙及填充溶洞,最后水泥注浆填实溶洞,顺利完成了施工任务,可为类似施工提供借鉴和参考。In the drilling process of ZK26A07 hole of Baijian iron ore exploration project in Shahe city of Hebei province,an inclined karst cave with no less than 9 m deep was encountered in the iron ore layer,all the hole is total leakage,the drill pipe was bent and deformed when it was lowered to the karst cave,and even broken when it was further lowered,resulting in the failure of normal construction.This paper firstly analyzed the karst cave structure and formulated a detailed scientific and reasonable construction scheme.The underground cracks are blocked and the karst cave is filled by filling inert materials,the karst cave is finally filled by cement grouting and the construction task is successfully completed,which can provide reference for the construction of similar bored karst caves.
