摘  要:采用失重法、电化学测量,探讨在不同工艺条件(腐蚀介质、添加浓度、温度、复配比)下,研究了聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)环保型缓蚀剂对碳钢Q235的缓蚀性能,得出最佳工艺条件:10℃时,1 mol/L HCl腐蚀介质中,PDMDAAC浓度为0.5 g/L,PDMDAAC与KI质量复配比为1∶2,缓蚀效果最好,最高为95.78%。研究机理表明,其吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温线,吸附过程为以化学吸附为主的混合吸附,SEM、XPS结果验证了PDMDAAC可以在碳钢表面形成保护膜,抑制碳钢表面腐蚀。In this paper,the corrosion inhibition performance of polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride(PDMDAAC)on carbon steel Q235 was studied by weight loss method and electrochemical measurement.The corrosion inhibition process conditions were optimized,such as corrosive medium,additive concentration,temperature and complex ratio.The results showed that in 1 M HCl corrosive medium,the temperature was 10℃,the dosage of PDMDAAC was 0.5g/L,and the mass complex ratio of PDMDAAC and KI was 1∶2,the best corrosion inhibition efficiency of PDMDAAC reached 95.78%.The study mechanism showed that the adsorption process was chemical adsorption and fitted to the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.The formation of PDMDAAC thin film could protect and inhibit the corrosion of the carbon steel surface.
