摘 要:以壳聚糖负载碘(CS/I2)作为催化剂,甲醇为溶剂,三甲基氰硅烷(TMSCN)、芳香醛、芳香胺为原料,一锅法合成了18种α-氨基腈衍生物。单因素控制变量法考察了反应时间、温度、催化剂用量、溶剂以及原料摩尔比对模板反应产率的影响。结果表明:在室温下CS/I2作催化剂,用量为苯甲醛物质的量的4.3%,甲醇为溶剂,反应时间10min,苯甲醛∶苯胺∶TMSCN=1.0∶1.0∶1.4的最优条件下,模型反应产率可达97.7%,催化剂循环三次后产率为85.8%,扩展衍生物产率为71.6~98.8%。Using chitosan supported iodine(CS/I2)as catalyst,methanol as solvent,trimethylcyanosilane(TMSCN),aromatic aldehydes and aromatic amines as starting materials,18α-aminonitrile derivatives were synthesized by one-pot method.The effects of reaction time,temperature,catalyst loading,solvent and molar ratio on the yield of template reaction were investigated by single factor control variable method.The results showed that CS/I2 was used as catalyst at room temperature,the amount of benzaldehyde was 4.3%mmol,methanol was used as solvent,reaction time 10 min,benzaldehyde∶aniline∶TMSCN=1.1∶1.1∶1.4 under the optimal conditions,the yield of the model reaction could reach 97.7%,the yield after three cycles of the catalyst was 85.8%,and the yield of the extended derivative was 71.6~98.8%.
