摘 要:利用溶胶-凝胶、沉积及光还原法制备了载Ag基等离子体有机累托石(OREC/TiO_(2)-Ag@AgCl),再以其为主体,以壳聚糖为客体利用溶液法制备了壳聚糖/OREC/TiO_(2)-Ag@AgCl复合凝胶膜(CS/OREC/TiO_(2)-Ag@AgCl)。采用傅立叶红外光谱、X射线衍射、紫外光谱、扫描电镜、透射电镜等对凝胶膜的结构、形貌、光吸收性能进行了评价。选择土霉素溶液作为污染物,研究了凝胶膜的吸附/光催化性能。SEM及UV-Vis结果表明该凝胶膜具有纵横交错的孔道结构和粗糙表面且对紫外及可见光均具有良好的吸收性。在25℃,pH为7,30 mg/L的土霉素溶液中加入0.1 g/L凝胶膜,经光辐射180 min后土霉素降解率高达94.5%,这是由于该凝胶膜良好的光催化活性和吸附性的协同效应。进行五次重复回收实验后,土霉素的降解率仍能达到73.1%。该复合凝胶膜在医药废水处理领域具有广阔的应用前景。Ag based plasma-carrying organic rectorite(OREC/TiO_(2)-Ag@AgCl)was prepared by sol-gel,deposition and photoreduction methods,and then chitosan/OREC/TiO_(2)-Ag@AgCl composite hydrogel membrane(CS/OREC/TiO_(2)-Ag@AgCl)was prepared by aqueous solution method with OREC/TiO2-Ag@AgCl as the main body and chitosan as the guest.The structure,morphologyand optical absorption properties of the hydrogel membrane were evaluated byFourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,ultraviolet spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The oxytetracycline solution was selected as the pollutant to study theadsorption/photocatalytic activity of the hydrogel membrane.SEM and UV-Vis absorption spectrum results show that thethehydrogel membrane has crisscross pore structure and rough surface,andhas good absorption to ultraviolet and visible light.When 1g/LCS/OREC/TiO_(2)-Ag@AgCl was added to the oxytetracycline solution at 7 pH and 30 mg/L at 25℃,the degradation rate of oxytetracycline was as high as 94.5%after 180 min of radiation.This is due to the synergistic effect of good pho-tocatalytic activity and adsorption of the hydrogel membran.After five repeated recycling experiments,the degradation rate of oxytet-racycline was still can reach 72.8%.The hydrogel membrane has great potential in pharmaceutical wastewater treatment applica-tions.
