摘 要:以菌糠为原料,氢氧化钾和柠檬酸为活化剂,经水热炭化制备菌糠基活性炭(KCP)以吸附水中的对硝基苯酚(PNP)。SEM、FTIR表征结果表明:KCP表面存在大量孔结构,吸附的主要官能团为羧基、烷基等基团。响应面分析结果表明:选取的四个因素对PNP去除率的影响为:PNP溶液初始浓度>吸附时间>KCP投加量>pH。其中,PNP对溶液初始浓度和吸附时间的交互作用影响最为显著。当KCP投加量为0.4 g/L、pH=7、PNP溶液初始浓度为220 mg/L、吸附时间为8 h时,KCP对PNP的吸附效果最佳,在此条件下对PNP去除率可达95%以上。KCP对PNP的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir模型。此外,该吸附剂具有较好的稳定性和循环利用性。Spent mushroom substrate based activated carbon(KCP)was prepared by hydrothermal carbonization with spent mushroom substrate as raw material and potassium hydroxide and citric acid as activator to adsorb p-nitrophenol(PNP)in water.The SEM and FTIR characterization results show that there are a large number of pore structures on the surface of KCP,and the main functional groups adsorbed are carboxyl and alkyl groups.The results of response surface analysis showed that the effects of the selected four factors on the removal rate of PNP were as follows:initial concentration of PNP solution>adsorption time>KCP dosage>pH.Among them,the initial concentration of PNP solution and adsorption time have the most significant effects on the interaction of.When the dosage of KCP is 0.4 g/L,pH=7,the initial concentration of PNP solution is 220 mg/L and the adsorption time is 8 h,the adsorption effect of KCP on PNP is the best.Under this condition,the removal rate of PNP can reach more than 95%.The ad-sorption process of PNP on KCP conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir model.In addition,the ad-sorbent has good stability and recyclability.
