摘 要:通过粘结剂的改性来提高型体吸附剂的性能。采用一定浓度的分散剂对凹凸棒土原矿进行纯化和超细化,通过X射线衍射,77K下的N_(2)吸附/脱附,扫描电镜,粒径仪以及红外光谱表征,研究不同分散剂对其孔结构,纯度,比表面积,粒径分布,吸水率等的影响。并以此为粘结剂制备了13X/凹凸棒土吸附剂,在298K、100KPa下测定其对N_(2)、O_(2)、CO_(2)吸附等温线以及吸水率。结果表明:凹凸棒土的提纯,提高了其本身的纯度和比表面积,提供更多的吸附中心,有利于提高型体吸附剂的氮氧分离比(分离系数达到3.0以上,性能提高26%)。The performance of adsorbent was improved by modifying the binder.The attapulgite ore was treated by a certain concentration of dispersant for purified and super refinement.The pore structure,purity,specific surface area,particle size distribution and water absorption of the dispersant samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),N_(2)adsorption-desorption isotherms at 77K,Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),particle size and IR characterization.Using this as binder,13X/attapulgite adsorbent was prepared,and its adsorption isotherms and water absorption rates of N_(2),O_(2)and CO_(2)were measured at 298K and 100KPa.The experimental results showed that the purification of attapulgite improved its purity and specific surface area,provided more adsorption centers.It was beneficial to the nitrogen-oxygen separation ratio(separation coefficient is above 3.0,and the performance is improved by 26%).
