摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶燃烧法,以Fe(NO_(3))_(3)·9H_(2)O为原料,柠檬酸为络合剂,制备出了纳米α-Fe_(2)O_(3)粉体。通过热分析(DTA/TG),X射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),透射电镜(TEM),红外光谱(IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)检测方法进行检测分析,探讨了影响燃烧的因素和纳米粉体的性能。结果表明,当金属离子与柠檬酸比例为1:1,pH=3-5时制备的干凝胶,在300℃引燃,可以充分燃烧。凝胶燃烧完成后在500℃煅烧1小时,可以得到尺寸大小在40-50 nm左右的高分散纳米α-Fe_(2)O_(3)粉体。制备出的纳米α-Fe_(2)O_(3)粉体具有优异光催化性能,降解初始浓度为10 mg/L的罗丹明B溶液时,纳米α-Fe_(2)O_(3)粉体最佳投入量为0.5 g/L。α-Fe_(2)O_(3)nanocrystalline powders were prepared by sol-gel combustion method with Fe(NO3)3·9H2O as raw materials and citric acid as complexing agent.The factors affecting combustion and the properties of nano-powder were discussed by means of thermal analysis(DTA/TG),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),infrared spectroscopy(IR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results shows when the ratio of metal ions to citric ions is 1:1 and pH=3-5,the dry gel can fully combusted when the ignited temperature is 300℃.After the gel combustion was completed,the highly dispersed nano-sizedα-Fe_(2)O_(3)powders with sizes of about 40-50 nm could be obtained by holding the gel at calcination temperature 500℃for 1h.?The prepared nanometerα-Fe_(2)O_(3)powder has excellent photocatalytic activity,the optimal dosage was 0.5g/L of Rhodamine B solution with theinitial concentration of 10mg/L.
