摘 要:针对常规表面活性剂驱油剂无法在高温高盐碳酸盐岩油藏中发挥高效驱油作用的问题,室内以长链烷基叔胺(碳链长度为10)、环氧氯丙烷以及氯磺酸等为主要合成原料,研制出了一种适合高温高盐碳酸盐油藏的新型两性离子型Gemini表面活性剂驱油剂(GFSS-3),采用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对其结构进行了表征,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明:GFSS-3具有良好的界面活性、耐温抗盐性能、润湿反转性能和抗吸附性能;当其质量浓度为0.2%时,在温度为120℃,矿化度为25.35×10^(4)mg/L下老化30 d后,油水界面张力值仍能达到8.9×10^(-3)mN/m;可将碳酸盐岩石表面润湿性由亲油性转变为亲水性;在岩心粉末中吸附5次后,油水界面张力值仍能达到9.2×10^(-3)mN/m;GFSS-3还具有良好的驱油效果,能使水驱后的采收率继续提高15%以上。现场应用结果表明,目标区块2口井采取注GFSS-3驱油措施后,日产油量均提升一倍以上,含水率显著降低。说明新型两性离子型Gemini表面活性剂驱油剂GFSS-3能够满足高温高盐碳酸盐岩油藏提高采收率的需求。In view of the problem that conventional surfactant oil displacement agent cannot play an efficient oil displacement role in high temperature and high salt carbonate reservoir,a new zwitterionicgemini surfactant oil displacement agent GFSS-3 suitable for high temperature and high salt carbonate reservoir was developed with long-chain alkyl tertiary amine(carbon chain length of 10),epichlorohydrin and chlorosulfonic acid as the main synthetic raw materials.Its structure was characterized by IR spectrum and 1HNMR spectrum,and the comprehensive properties were evaluated.The results show that GFSS-3 has good interfacial activity,temperature and salt resistance,wetting reversal and adsorption resistance.When the mass concentration is 0.2%,the oil-water interfacial tension can still reach 8.9×10^(-3)mN/m after aging for 30 days at 120℃and 25.35×10^(4)mg/L mineralization.It can change the wettability of carbonate rock surface from lipophilic to hydrophilic.After 5 times of adsorption in core powder,the oil-water interfacial tension can still reach 9.2×10-3mN/m.GFSS-3 also has good oil displacement effect,which can continuously improve the oil recovery after water flooding by more than 15%.The field application results show that after GFSS-3 injection displacement meas-ures are taken for 2 wells in the target block,the daily oil production is more than doubled and the water cut is significantly re-duced.It shows that the new zwitterionicgemini surfactant oil displacement agent GFSS-3 can meet the needs of EOR in high tem-perature and high salt carbonate reservoir.
