摘  要:为提高煤泥产品的脱水率、降低含水量,减少煤泥带来的环境污染以及水分导致的热能损耗,通过实验室抽滤试验及扫描电镜图像表征,研究不同种类无机盐类助滤剂对煤泥水的脱水效果,并进行了试验分析。试验结果表明,无机盐类助滤剂的加入能够有效提高煤泥过滤效率,煤泥水分脱除效果显著;其中聚氯化铝对提升过滤速度的效果最好,在助滤剂添加量为900 g/m^(3)时,煤泥脱水时间比原方案减少8.43 min,煤泥含水率减少5.14%。工业试验进一步验证了聚氯化铝对提升煤泥过滤速度的效果,并且发现在复配聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂的共同作用下,压滤效率更高,滤饼水分更低。In order to improve the dewatering rate and reduce the water content of coal slime products,reduce the environmental pollution brought by coal slime and the heat loss caused by water,the dewatering effect of different inorganic salt filter aids on coal slime water was studied through laboratory filtration test and scanning electron microscope image characterization,and the experimental analysis was carried out.The test results show that the addition of inorganic salt filter aids can effectively improve the filtration efficiency of coal slime,and the water removal effect of coal slime is significant;among them,polyaluminum chloride has the best effect on improving the filtration rate.When the amount of filter aid is 900 g/m^(3),the dewatering time of coal slime is 8.43 min less than that of the original scheme,and the water content of coal slime is 5.14%less.The industrial test further verifies the effect of polyaluminum chloride on improving the filtration rate of coal slime,and under the combined action of the composite polyacrylamide flocculant,the filtration efficiency is higher and the water content of the filter cake is lower.
