摘　　要：为了解红果参的美容功效及开发利用价值,以红果参萃取液作为功效成分,制备了一款性能稳定的抗氧化面膜。通过DPPH自由基清除试验测定其抗氧化能力,用单因素试验确定面膜各组分含量,并对该产品的理化指标进行检测和产品使用效果进行评价。结果显示红果参抗氧化能力强,各指标符合相关行业标准。制得的红果参面膜抗氧化能力强、稳定性好,既适应了绿色环保的理念来满足求美者的需求,又能对时令性强的农产品进行深加工利用。In order to study the beauty function and utilization value,a stable antioxidant facial mask was prepared with the extracted juice of Hong Guo Ginseng as a functional ingredient.Its antioxidant capacity was determined by DPPH.The contents of each component in the mask were determined by single factor expriment,and its physics and chemistry targets were checked and the product use effect was evaluated.Results showed that the facial mask containing extraction juice of Hong Guo Ginseng had strong antioxidant capacity,and met those relative industrial standards.The Hong Guo Ginseng mask has good antioxidative effect and stability,which not only adapts to the concept of green environmental protection to meet the market demand of people who love beauty,but also can make deep processing and utilization of seasonal agricultural products.
