摘　　要：以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足中国特色社会主义新发展和人民对物质文化生活需求的新变化,把人民视为坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的根本力量,把实现好维护好发展好最广大人民的根本利益作为经济社会发展的价值归宿,把共建共享发展作为促进人的全面发展和全体人民共同富裕的根本途径,形成了习近平人民观。习近平人民观一方面继承了马克思主义人民观,另一方面结合时代发展需要和我国经济社会发展实际,进一步创新和发展了马克思主义人民观。习近平人民观对马克思主义人民观的创新与发展不仅体现在新概念、新命题、新观点等新提法方面,而且还体现在对人民主体地位的彰显、对人民根本利益的维护以及对共同富裕的推进。Based on the recent development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and new changes of people’s needs for a better life, the Party central committee with Xi Jinping at its core regards people as fundamental force in upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, sees realizing, safeguarding and advancing the fundamental interests of all our people as value pursuit of economic and social development, and treats the shared growth through collaboration as the basic approach for people’s well-rounded development and common prosperity.Xi Jinping’s view on people not only inherits Marxist view on people, but also innovates and develops the Marxist view on people while integrating the needs of economic and social development and China’s specific realities. Xi Jinping’s innovation and development to Marxist view on people are not only expressed in new concepts, new ideas and new viewpoints, but also manifested in highlighting the principal position of the people, safeguarding the fundamental interests of the people and insisting on common prosperity.
