风引汤的源流与临证刍议

摘　　要：通过对风引汤的源流、方义、用法用量分析,以及风引汤的现代药理研究情况进行归纳总结,认为风引汤“除热瘫痫”,主清热熄风、镇静安神。凡热、瘫、痫三证具其一二者,皆可辨证应用。Through the analysis of the origin,mechanism of prescription,and usage and dosage of Fengyin Decoction,and the conclusion of modern pharmacological research of Fengyin Decoction,it is believed that Fengyin Decoction can eliminate fever,paralysis and epilepsy,and is mainly used to clear heat and extinguish wind,and tranquilize by heavy settling.Any one or two of the three syndromes of fever,paralysis and epilepsy can be treated by Fengyin Decoction according to syndrome differentiation.
