摘　　要：介绍严兴茂运用桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加味治疗怪汗的临床经验。严兴茂认为,怪汗由阴阳失调、阳浮于外、阴泄于表所致。桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤具有调和阴阳、潜阳敛阴之效。方证相应,可运用桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加味辨治:或加引经药物,常以汗出部位立法;或合方而用,治其兼证;或加收敛止汗之品,加强敛汗之功;或加滋阴助阳之味,加强扶正固表之效,灵活运用,以收捷效。This paper introduces the clinical experience of YAN Xingmao using modified Guizhi and Longgu Muli Decoction in syndrome differentiation and treatment of strange sweating.YAN Xingmao believes that strange sweating is caused by yin-yang disharmony,yang floating outward,and yin leakage to the exterior.Guizhi and Longgu Muli Decoction has the effects of harmonizing yin and yang,and subduing yang and securing yin.According to the correspondence of formula and syndrome,syndrome differentiation and treatment can be carried out with modified Guizhi and Longgu Muli Decoction.For example,the additional use of channel envoy medicinals is usually applied with the consideration of sweating areas;or the combined syndrome is treated by combined formula;or astringent medicinals for arresting sweating can help strengthen the sweat-constraining effect;or medicinals for enriching yin and assisting yang can be added to reinforce healthy qi and consolidate the exterior.In short,the flexible syndrome differentiation and treatment with modified Guizhi and Longgu Muli Decoction can help achieve quick effects.
