摘 要:目的:观察复方鲜竹沥液联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床疗效。方法:选取96例MPP患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各48例。2组均给予常规基础对症治疗,对照组加用阿奇霉素治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合复方鲜竹沥液治疗。2组疗程均为2周,比较2组临床总有效率、不良反应发生率、症状消失时间,以及治疗前后肺功能指标[呼吸频率(RR)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、呼气流量峰值(PEF)]、血清炎症因子指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10),C-反应蛋白(CRP)]水平变化。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率为95.83%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组热退、肺部啰音消失、喘息消失、咳嗽消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组RR值、FEV_(1)、PEF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组FEV_(1)、PEF水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),RR值较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且试验组3项肺功能指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清IL-6、IL-10、CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组IL-6、IL-10、CRP均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且试验组上述各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,试验组不良反应发生率为4.17%,对照组为6.25%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方鲜竹沥液联合抗生素治疗小儿MPP,可有效缓解患儿临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,改善肺功能症状,临床总有效率较高,且无增加不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Fufang Xianzhuli Oral Liquid combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP)in children.Methods:A total of 96 children with MPP were selected and divided into the control group and the trial group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic symptomatic treatment.The control group was additionally treated with Azithromycin,and the trial group was additionally treated with Fufang Xianzhuli Oral Liquid based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The total clinical effective rates,incidence of adverse reactions,disappearance time of symptoms and the changes of levels of related indexes of lung function,including respiratory rate(RR),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))and peak expiratory flow(PEF),serum inflammatory factors indexes,including interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and C-reactive protein(CRP),before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.83%% in the trial group and 83.33% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever subsidence,lung rales and cough in the trial group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of levels of lung function indexes,including RR,FEV_(1)and PEF,between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of FEV_(1)and PEF in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of RR were decreased(P<0.05);the improvement in the above three levels in the trial group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of levels of IL-6,IL-10 and CRP between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-10 and
