小儿珠珀散联合西医常规治疗风热犯肺证小儿咳嗽临床研究  

Clinical Study on Xiao’er Zhupo Powder Combined with Conventional Western Medicine for Infantile Cough with Syndrome of Wind-Heat Invading the Lung

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿珠珀散联合西医常规治疗风热犯肺证小儿咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将82例风热犯肺证小儿咳嗽患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各41例。对照组给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂联合盐酸氨溴索口服液治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用小儿珠珀散治疗。2组疗程均为7 d。比较2组症状体征消失时间、风热犯肺证证候评分及总体临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.56%,对照组为80.49%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组咳嗽、咳痰、干湿性啰音、发热的消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组风热犯肺证证候咳嗽、咯痰、咽痛、发热、口渴等评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组上述各项证候评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西医常规治疗的基础上加用小儿珠珀散治疗风热犯肺证小儿咳嗽,可显著改善患儿症状体征和中医证候,从而提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Xiao’er Zhupo Powder combined with conventional western medicine on infantile cough with syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung.Methods:A total of 82 cases with infantile cough with syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Amoxicillin-Clavulanate Potassium Dry Suspension combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Xiao’er Zhupo Powder based on the treatment of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was seven days.The disappearance time of symptoms and signs,syndrome scores of wind-heat invading the lung and the overall clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was97.56%in the treatment group,and 80.49%in the control group,there being no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,expectoration,dry and wet rales and fever in the treatment group was respectively shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of cough,expectoration,sore throat,fever and thirst of syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of the above syndromes in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and each score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine,the additional application of Xiao’er Zhupo Powder can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with infantile cough with syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung,and improve the clinical effect.
