健脾益气汤联合FOLFOX化疗治疗梗阻性结直肠癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾益气汤联合FOLFOX化疗治疗梗阻性结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法:选取100例梗阻性结直肠癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。2组均给予根治性肿瘤切除术,对照组术后1个月进行FOLFOX化疗(奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙、氟尿嘧啶)治疗,观察组在此基础上给予健脾益气汤治疗,治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应发生率,以及治疗前后世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)评分。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率78.00%,高于对照组56.00%(P<0.05)。观察组白细胞减少、血小板减少、恶心呕吐、肝功能异常发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组社会关系、生理功能、心理功能评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组社会关系、生理功能、心理功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益气汤联合FOLFOX化疗治疗梗阻性结直肠癌可以提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Yiqi Decoction combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy for obstructive colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with obstructive colorectal cancer were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received radical tumor resection.One month after the surgery,the control group was treated with FOLFOX chemotherapy(oxaliplatin,calcium folinate,fluorouracil),and the observation group was additionally treated with Jianpi Yiqi Decoction based on the treatment of the control group,treated for 3 months.The scores of World Health Organization Quality of Life-100(WHOQOL-100)Assessment before and after treatment,clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 78.00% in the observation group,higher than that of 56.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting,and abnormal liver function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of social relation,physiological function and psychological function in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yiqi Decoction combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy for obstructive colorectal cancer can enhance the curative effects,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the life quality of patients.
