摘　　要：介绍宁晓军治疗痛风病的临床经验。宁晓军主任医师认为,阴阳失调、气机升降失常是痛风病病因病机的关键,治疗本病强调分期论治及固护阳气。急性期以祛邪为要,缓解期则以扶正固本,防止再发为重,而固护阳气则贯穿本病的治疗始末。急性期以麻黄附子细辛汤、活络效灵丹及四妙丸加减,结合刺血疗法、浮针疗法,以及腕踝针治疗。缓解期以乌鸡白凤丸调补气血、调理阴阳,土茯苓大黄肉桂汤通腑泄浊,透刺法促进关节气血循环,老十针调理脾胃,手法整复关节错位以避免复发。诸法合用,共取良效。The clinical experience of NING Xiaojun treating gout was introduced.Chief physician NING Xiaojun believes that the yin-yang disharmony and the abnormal ascending and descending of qi movement are the key to the etiology and pathogenesis of gout.The treatment of this disease emphasized the stage differentiation and treatment as well as the consolidation and protection of yang qi.In the acute stage,the treatment was mainly to eliminate the pathogenic factors;in the remission stage,the treatment focused on reinforcing the healthy qi and securing the root to prevent the recurrence;yang qi should be secured and protected throughout the whole treatment of the disease.In the acute stage,modified Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction,Huoluo Xiaoling Pellets and Simiao Pills were combined with blood-letting therapy,superficial needling therapy and wrist-ankle acupuncture for treatment.In the remission stage,Wuji Baifeng Pills was used to regulate and supplement qi and blood,and harmonize yin and yang;Tufuling Dahuang Rougui Decoction was used to unblock the bowels and discharge the turbid;penetrating needling method was used to promote qi and blood circulation of joints;Laoshi Needling was used to regulate spleen and stomach;manipulation was used for joint dislocation to avoid its recurrence.All the methods are used together to obtain a good effect.
