摘 要:采用射频识别(RFID)方法为物联网和仓储建立感知系统,利用云端服务与各类智能终端对数据信息进行高效传输。为所有堆垛机上设置了RFID标签,通过多点定位的方法测试堆垛机方位。进行物品存储时,通过系统记忆和标识功能记录存储位置信息并实施可视化监管。通过测试发现:当编码长度增加或信噪比增大时,获得了更大的信号相关值和更高的检测率。随着标签数增多,执行时间表现为线性分布,利用和避免碰撞协议(UACP)执行效率更高。采用UACP正交信号检测方法能够对待测信号进行高效识别,显著缩短时延。本系统采用非接触控制模式,使仓储系统达到更高效的运行状态,充分避免因人为因素而引起的系统运行故障。系统的操作安全性提到了提升,达到了高效管理仓储系统的目的。The perception system is built up for things internet and storage by using the radio frequency identification(RFID),and the cloud services and various intelligent terminals are used to efficiently transmit data and information.RFID tags are set for all stacker, and the position of stacker is tested by multi-point positioning method.When items are stored, the storage location information is recorded through the system memory and identification functions, and visual supervision is implemented.Through testing, it is found that when the encoding length increases or the signal-to-noise ratio increases, a larger signal correlation value and highter detection rate can be obtained.With the increasing of labels number, the execution time shows that a linear distribution and utilizing and avoiding collision protocol(UACP) has the highest execution efficiency.UACP quadrature signal detection method can effectively identify the measured signals and significantly reduce the time delay.The system adopts the non-contact control mode, so that the storage system to achieve a more efficient operation state, and fully avoid system operation failure caused by human factors. The operation safety of the system is improved to achieve the purpose of efficient management of the storage system.
