摘  要:为了提高电能计量能力,在能源互联网下对电能计量技术系统进行改进研究。采用接线式精密交直流(AC/DC)电流传感器将AC转化为DC。采用高精密DC电流分流器,以提高分流器检测和校准的准确率。研究了基于快速傅里叶变换(FFT)和数字信号处理(DSP)改进算法的谐波电能计量,并对FFT算法进行改进。在原有的算法基础上加上了窗函数。在进行FFT之前,对时序信号实行特定的不等加权,让断开的街区端整齐。通过采用Nuttall窗函数,能够消除旁瓣泄漏,以便减小频谱误差,使旁瓣的衰减速度达到最快。这提高了谐波电能计量能力,实现了精密准确的谐波电能计算。试验结果表明,对基波有功电能测量的相对误差均小于0.001,对谐波有功电能测量的相对误差最小为0.04、最大为0.42。To improve the electrical energy metering capability, an improved study of the electrical energy metering technology system under the energy internet is studied. A wired precision alternating current/direct current(AC/DC) current sensor is used to convert AC to DC. A high precision DC current shunt is used to improve the accuracy of shunt detection and calibration. Harmonic power metering based on fast Fourier transform(FFT) and digital signal processing(DSP) improved algorithms are investigated, and the FFT algorithm is improved. A window function is added to the original algorithm. A specific unequal weighting is applied to the timing signal to make the disconnected block ends neat before performing the FFT. By using the Nuttall window function, it is possible to eliminate the partials leakage to reduce the spectral error and allow the fastest decay of the partials. This improves the harmonic power metering capability and enables precise and accurate harmonic power calculation. The test results shows that the relative error of measurement of fundamental active energy is less than 0.001, and the relative error of measurement of harmonic active energy is 0.04 at the minimum and 0.42 at the maximum.
