摘　　要：细胞绝对计数是一项重要的实验参数,对于医学研究以及临床检验等方面具有重要的作用。细胞绝对计数的发展从使用血细胞计数板到应用流式细胞仪,已衍生出多种方法。本文将阐述不同的细胞绝对计数方法,比较不同方法的原理及优缺点,为医学研究以及临床检验等方面选择适宜的绝对细胞计数方法提供参考。Absolute cell counting belongs to an important experimental parameter,in terms of medical research and clinical examination,it plays an important role.A variety of methods have been derived during the development of absolute cell counting from the use of the hemocytometer to the application of flow cytometry.In this paper,different absolute cell counting methods will be elaborated on,and the principles,advantages,and disadvantages of different methods will be compared to provide a reference for selecting appropriate absolute cell counting methods in terms of medical research and clinical examination.
