摘　　要：颈动脉狭窄较为常见,可导致脑部供血减少,增加脑卒中发生风险。颈动脉支架植入术能够扩张狭窄部位,恢复原有血液流速,增加脑部血液灌注,从而避免缺血性病理进展。术中会引起颈动脉内膜损伤,加之牵拉等操作,可能引起脑梗死、低血压、高血压等一系列并发症,其中以血压异常最为常见。血压异常波动对脑血流灌注及机体血压循环造成影响较大。本文探讨颈动脉支架植入术对血压影响的机制及相关因素,便于临床更好开展防治工作。Carotid artery stenosis is common and can lead to a decrease in blood supply to the brain and increase the risk of stroke.Carotid artery stent implantation can promote the expansion of the narrowing site,restore the original blood flow rate,increase cerebral blood perfusion,and thus avoid ischemic pathological progression.However,carotid artery stent implantation will cause carotid artery intimal damage,coupled with traction and other operations,it will cause a series of complications such as cerebral infarction,hypotension,hypertension,etc.,of which abnormal blood pressure is the most common.Abnormal fluctuations in blood pressure can have a greater impact on cerebral blood flow perfusion and blood pressure circulation in the body.To clarify the mechanism and related factors of carotid artery stent implantation on blood pressure can facilitate better clinical prevention and treatment.
