清热祛疱汤配合伐昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹急性期临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清热祛疱汤配合伐昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹急性期的疗效。方法:采用电脑随机分组法将80例老年带状疱疹急性期患者分为对照组与研究组各40例。对照组采用伐昔洛韦治疗,研究组则采取清热祛疱汤配合伐昔洛韦治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果:研究组止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间及止痛时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、睡眠质量(QS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),QS评分均升高(P<0.05),且研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),QS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治愈率85.00%,高于对照组45.00%;研究组总有效率100%,高于对照组80.00%。结论:清热祛疱汤配合伐昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹急性期有显著效果,可以减轻患者疼痛,还能大大缩减治疗时间,提高患者睡眠质量,整体上提高患者的治疗效果,安全性佳。Objective: To observe the curative effect of Qingre Qupao Decoction combined with Valacyclovir for senile herpes zoster in acute stage. Methods:A total of 80 cases of senile patients with herpes zoster in acute stage were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Valacyclovir,and the study group was treated with Qingre Qupao Decoction combined with Valacyclovir. The curative effects in the two groups were compared. Results:The time of controlling herpes,incrustation,decrustation and analgesia in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Quality of Sleep(QS) between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, VAS scores in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05) and QS scores were increased(P<0.05);the VAS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the QS score was higher(P<0.05). The cure rate was 85.00%in the study group,higher than that of 45.00% in the control group. The total effective rate was 100% in the study group,higher than that of 80.00% in the control group. Conclusion:The therapy of Qingre Qupao Decoction combined with Valacyclovir has a significant effect in the treatment of senile herpes zoster in acute stage,which can relieve pain,greatly shorten the treatment time,improve the sleep quality and enhance the curative effect on the whole,with good safety.
