祛白胶囊联合308准分子激光治疗白癜风临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察祛白胶囊联合308准分子激光治疗白癜风的疗效及对血清转化生长因子-β (TGF-β)、血清干扰素-γ (IFN-γ)及抗酪氨酸酶抗体的影响。方法:选取200例白癜风患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组各100例。对照组给予308准分子激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用祛白胶囊治疗。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,比较2组治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、TGF-β、IFN-γ、酪氨酸酶-免疫球蛋白G (TYR-IgG)、酪氨酸酶-免疫球蛋白M (TYR-IgM)水平的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率为94.00%,对照组为85.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清TGF-β水平均较治疗前下降,IFN-γ水平均较治疗前上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清TGF-β水平低于对照组,IFN-γ水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清TYR-IgG、TYR-IgM水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组上述2项水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组T细胞、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平均较治疗前下降,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均较治疗前上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组T细胞、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平均低于对照组,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,对照组为12.00%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:祛白胶囊联合308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风疗效显著,能提高免疫功能,促进白癜风皮损的恢复。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qubai Capsules combined with 308 excimer laser for vitiligo and its effect on serum transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and anti-tyrosinase antibody.Methods:A total of 200 cases of patients with vitiligo were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 308 excimer laser,and the observation group was additionally treated with Qubai Capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The changes in the levels of T lymphocyte subsets,TGF-β,IFN-γ,tyrosinase antibody IgG(TYR-lgG) and tyrosinase antibody lgM(TYR-lgM) in peripheral blood before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 94.00%in the observation group and 85.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum TGF-β levels in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the IFN-γ levels were increased,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum TGF-β level in the observation group was lower,and the IFN-γ level was higher than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TYR-lgG and TYR-lgM in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,T cells,CD4^(+) and CD8^(+) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) was increased,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,T cells,CD4^(+) and CD8^(+) in the observation group were lower,and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) was higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse re
