益气养阴汤联合醋酸泼尼松治疗系统性红斑狼疮临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴汤联合醋酸泼尼松治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的临床疗效。方法:选取SLE患者120例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予醋酸泼尼松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益气养阴汤治疗。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、免疫功能、补体水平和肾功能。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组各项中医证候评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组免疫球蛋白(Ig) A、IgG、IgM水平较治疗前下降,C3、C4水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05);且观察组IgA、IgG、IgM水平低于对照组,C3、C4水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组白蛋白较治疗前升高,24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐(SCr)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且观察组白蛋白高于对照组,24 h尿蛋白、SCr水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴汤联合醋酸泼尼松治疗SLE疗效显著,可以调节患者免疫功能和肾功能。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with Prednisone acetate for systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods:A total of 120 cases of SLE patients were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with prednisone acetate,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated. traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,immune function,complement levels and kidney function before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group,higher than that of 73.33% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG and IgM in the two groups were decreased,and the levels of C3 and C4 were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in the observation group were lower,and the levels of C3 and C4 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of albumin in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of 24-hour urine protein and serum creatinine(SCr) were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05). The level of albumin in the observation group was higher,and the levels of 24-hour urine protein and SCr were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with prednisone acetate has a significant curative effect in treating SLE,which can regulate immune function and kidney function of patients.
