摘　　要：蒋益兰教授认为,虚、毒、瘀并存是大肠癌肝转移的基本病机特点,注重后天脾胃的固护,采用健脾益气、化瘀解毒为法进行治疗,基于此创制防治大肠癌肝转移的经验方健脾消癌方。Professor JIANG Yilan believes that the coexistence of deficiency,toxin and blood stasis is the basic pathological characteristics of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer. The treatment should focus on securing the acquired constitution of spleen and stomach,and use the methods of fortifying the spleen and replenishing qi,and resolving stasis and toxins. Based on this,the empirical prescription of Jianpi Xiao’ai Formula is created for the prevention and treatment of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.
