摘 要:目的探讨能谱CT成像评估颈动脉粥样硬化斑块性质以及预测脑卒中发生的应用价值。方法80例颈动脉粥样硬化斑块或狭窄患者根据脑卒中发生情况分为观察组与对照组,两组均接受能谱CT成像检查,比较两组的斑块(狭窄)检出情况、斑块类型,记录观察组的斑块成像特征,分析斑块性质与脑卒中发生率的相关性。结果观察组的颈动脉粥样硬化斑块以及颈动脉狭窄检出率均高于对照组,钙化斑块、纤维斑块、脂肪斑块检出率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组钙化斑块、纤维斑块、脂肪斑块以及混合斑块的能谱CT成像特征差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),纤维斑块、脂肪斑块、混合斑块与脑卒中发生率关系密切。结论能谱CT成像技术可准确鉴别颈动脉粥样硬化斑块性质,预测脑卒中发生风险。Objective To explore the application value of spectral CT imaging in evaluating the nature of carotid atherosclerotic plaque and predicting the occurrence of stroke.Methods According to the occurrence of stroke,80 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque or stenosis were divided into observation group and control group.Both groups received spectral CT imaging examination.The detection of plaque(stenosis)and plaque type were compared between the two groups.The plaque imaging characteristics of observation group were recorded,and the correlation between plaque property and the incidence of stroke was analyzed.Results The detection rates of carotid atherosclerotic plaque and carotid stenosis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the detection rates of calcified plaque,fibrous plaque and fat plaque were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in spectrum CT imaging characteristics of calcified plaque,fibrous plaque,fat plaque and mixed plaque in the observation group(P<0.05),and fibrous plaque,fat plaque and mixed plaque were closely related to the incidence of stroke.Conclusions Spectral CT imaging technology can accurately identify the nature of carotid atherosclerotic plaques and predict the occurrence risk of stroke.
