Objective To explore the impact of modified subcutaneous negative pressure drainage on the incidence of abdominal incision fat liquefaction and incision healing in puerperae after cesarean section. Methods 104 puerperae with cesarean section surgery were randomly divided into two groups, with 52 cases in each group. The control group received routine incision suture after surgery, and the observation group received modified subcutaneous negative pressure drainage after surgery. The incidence of abdominal incision fat liquefaction and incision healing were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative incision fat liquefaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the excellent and good rate of incision healing and the healing rate of incision area were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the incision healing time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified subcutaneous negative pressure drainage can significantly reduce the incidence of abdominal incision fat liquefaction in puerperae after cesarean section and promote incision healing.
