摘 要:目的探讨高通量血液透析(HFHD)治疗尿毒症对患者心肌损伤标志物及心功能的影响。方法80例尿毒症患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组采用常规血液透析治疗,实验组采用HFHD治疗,比较两组的心肌损伤标志物(BNP、cTnT)以及心功能(LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD、LVPWT)。结果治疗后,两组的BNP、cTnT、LVEDD、LVESD、LVPWT水平均较治疗前降低,LVEF水平均升高(P<0.05);实验组的BNP、cTnT、LVEDD、LVESD、LVPWT水平均低于对照组,LVEF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论HFHD治疗尿毒症可明显降低患者的心肌损伤标志物水平,改善患者心功能。Objective To explore the impact of high-flux hemodialysis(HFHD)on myocardial injury markers and cardiac function of uremic patients.Methods 80 patients with uremia were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional hemodialysis,and the experimental group was treated with HFHD.The myocardial injury markers(BNP,cTnT)and cardiac function(LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD,LVPWT)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of BNP,cTnT,LVEDD,LVESD and LVPWT in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of LVEF were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);The levels of BNP,cTnT,LVEDD,LVESD and LVPWT in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions HFHD in the treatment of uremia can significantly reduce the levels of myocardial injury markers and improve cardiac function of patients.
