天麻素联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗眩晕症的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨天麻素联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗眩晕症患者的有效性。方法100例眩晕症患者分为两组各50例,对照组给予甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗,观察组给予天麻素联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗,比较两组的疗效、眩晕障碍程度及脑血流动力学指标。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,眩晕障碍程度优于对照组,左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天麻素联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗眩晕症的效果显著,有助于缓解患者病情,改善脑血流动力学。Objective To explore the effectiveness of gastrodin combined with betahistine mesylate in the treatment of patients with vertigo.Methods 100 patients with vertigo were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine mesylate,and the observation group was treated with gastrodin combined with betahistine mesylate.The efficacy,vertigo disorder degree and cerebral hemodynamic indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the degree of vertigo disorder was better than that of the control group,and the blood flow velocities of left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and basilar artery were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Gastrodin combined with betahistine mesylate in the treatment of vertigo has significant effect,which can help to alleviate patients'disease condition,and improve cerebral hemodynamics.
