摘　　要：目的探讨血清BNP、CRP联合LVMI检测对急性心肌梗死患者PCI后发生MACE的预测价值。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月在我院接受PCI治疗的120例急性心肌梗死患者,根据术后1年是否发生MACE分为MACE组(n=38)和非MACE组(n=82),比较两组的血清BNP、CRP水平以及LVMI,采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评估血清BNP、CRP联合LVMI预测MACE发生的价值。结果MACE组的血清BNP、CRP水平以及LVMI均高于非MACE组(P<0.05)。血清BNP、CRP、LVMI联合检测预测MACE发生的AUC高于各指标单独检测(P<0.05)。结论血清BNP、CRP及LVMI联合检测预测急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后发生MACE的价值显著,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the predictive value of serum BNP and CRP combined with LVMI detection for occurrence of MACE after PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated with PCI in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into MACE group(n=38)and non-MACE group(n=82)according to whether MACE occurred within 1 year after surgery.The serum BNP and CRP levels,and LVMI were compared between the two groups.The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to evaluate the value of serum BNP and CRP combined with LVMI in predicting the occurrence of MACE.Results The serum BNP and CRP levels,and LVMI in MACE group were higher than those in non-MACE group(P<0.05).The AUC of serum BNP and CRP combined with LVMI detection in predicting the occurrence of MACE was higher than that of single detection of each index(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum BNP and CRP combined with LVMI detection has significant value in predicting the occurrence of MACE after PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction,which is worthy of clinical application.
