复方甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗宫颈癌放疗后阴道炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗宫颈癌放疗后阴道炎患者的临床效果。方法选择2019年12月至2021年2月我院收治的宫颈癌放疗后阴道炎患者62例,随机分为两组各31例。在常规冲洗基础上,对照组给予复方甲硝唑栓治疗,观察组给予复方甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、雌二醇(E2)水平及安全性。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.77%,显著高于对照组的74.19%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的E2水平均较治疗前提高,且观察组的E2水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论复方甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗宫颈癌放疗后阴道炎患者可有效减轻临床症状,改善激素水平,促进恢复,且具有较高的安全性。Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound metronidazole suppository combined with conjugated estrogens ointment in the treatment of vaginitis after radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods 62 patients with vaginitis after radiotherapy for cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.On the basis of routine washing,the control group was treated with compound metronidazole suppository,and the observation group was treated with compound metronidazole suppository combined with conjugated estrogen ointment.The therapeutic effect,estradiol(E2)level and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.77%,significantly higher than 74.19%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the E2 levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the E2 level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reaction occurred in both groups.Conclusions Compound metronidazole suppository combined with conjugated estrogens ointment in the treatment of patients with vaginitis after radiotherapy for cervical cancer can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve hormone levels,promote recovery,and has high safety.
