少腹逐瘀汤联合规范阶梯止痛疗法对晚期肺癌患者癌性疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨少腹逐瘀汤联合规范阶梯止痛疗法对晚期肺癌患者癌性疼痛的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2022年5月我院收治的150例晚期肺癌患者,随机均分为两组。对照组采用规范阶梯止痛疗法治疗,观察组给予少腹逐瘀汤联合规范阶梯止痛疗法治疗。比较两组的止痛效果及炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组的NRS评分低于对照组,疼痛缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的5-HT、PGE2、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论少腹逐瘀汤联合规范化阶梯止痛疗法治疗晚期肺癌患者癌性疼痛的效果较好,可缩短疼痛持续时间,其机制可能与抑制炎性因子有关。Objective To explore the impact of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with standardized step analgesic therapy on cancer pain of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 150 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected,and randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group was treated with standard step analgesic therapy,and the observation group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with standard step analgesic therapy.The analgesic effect and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the pain relief time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-HT,PGE2,IL-1βand TNF-αof the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with standardized step analgesic therapy in the treatment of cancer pain in patients with advanced lung cancer has good effect,which can shorten the duration of pain.The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory factors.
